Returns Policy

Undamaged merchandise may be returned for a refund of the purchase price less a 30% restocking fee for standard items. The restocking is necessary as we produce every item to order. Custom items including customer uploaded artwork and alterations to layouts of artwork provided by Modern Mural cannot be refunded. Packages must be postmarked within 30 days of the original purchase date. We do not pay return shipping. An order may be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of when the order was initially placed, otherwise the order will be refunded less any applicable restocking fees. If you find the product to be defective, the merchandise must be postmarked within 5 days of the date the product was received and we will replace the defective product at no charge.
