What is the resolution of my print?
We print at the highest resolution of the image. We
will not sell any artwork that prints poor due to low resolution. All vector artwork is printed at 1080 dpi.
How long will my print last?
The print is guaranteed to last a lifetime. We print on acid-free long term fade resistant canvas with a polyester/cotton blend. Our ink is eco-solvent based and laminate the print with an archival UV inhibitor.
How long will my print take to receive?
Your custom-made order will normally ship within 7-10
business days. You will receive emails after you place an order with
status updates and more accurate delivery estimates.
What will look the best blown up?
Everything we create looks better blown up than it does
on screen - large brilliant colors turn out fantastic. Photos look great
from 1-2 feet away and vector artwork is amazingly clear (1080 dpi) even with a
microscope.

How do I care for my art?
Your art will survive the best in a normal living environment, without severe temperatures or extreme humidity. Never clean with chemicals or water, as this may damage your print. Simply dust with a dry cloth.
Do you charge taxes?
Within the state of Illinois we charge the state sales tax of
9.25%. This is the current sales tax required for business located in the
city of Chicago (unfortunately our accountant says that this rate applies to all
sales shipped to addresses in Illinois).

How can I pay for my purchase?
Modern Mural accepts all major credit cards.
Can I purchase items for delivery outside the U.S.?
Yes, although extra shipping costs may apply.
Is the information I give you secure?
Yes, Modern Mural guarantees your personal information to be secure. All of our pages during the checkout process are secured using SSL (Secured Sockets Layer) encryption.

Yes, it is. We will never give away or sell any of your personal information. We adhere to the standard of protecting our customers to our utmost ability.

What's in it for me if I register on your site?
Registering on our site allows you to create multiple
collections of art to share - a lot of our customers enjoy this feature if they
are working on multiple projects and want to keep their options separate.
(i.e. professional designers create a collection for each client and provide
their client the link to the respective collection)
