You can upload a high resolution JPEG to the website. Please keep images in RGB color (digital cameras use RGB.) Minimum resolution required is equivalent to an 8 megapixel camera. In general, bigger is better, but do not upsize the image from its native resolution as this will hinder the image quality. Be sure the image looks good at 100% zoom (i.e. limited visual artifacts.) Do not overmanipulate color outside of CMYK printing gamuts.

This section should get your ideas flowing and here's a rule of thumb: you can use any of the standard sized panels in any quantity to create a wall-sized mural. For example, you can order qty 5 - 40x12 panels or qty 6 - 34x34 panels. Mix and match the sizes to really get creative. If there are images that you fancy, give us a call or email us to verify they fit the size requirements. For most of the options in this section, itis our policy to only use vector artwork.

Within the state of California we charge the state sales tax of 8.75%. International shipments to Canada, Mexico and Puerto Rico may be charged duties/taxes based on their region's rates.

We recommend 2-3 inches of spacing between panels.

Our award-winning eco friendly latex ink we use for all of our canvas prints is odorless, contains no harmful VOCs and requires no special ventilation/equipment in our production facility. It is non-toxic, non-allergenic, odorless, non-flammable, non-combustible and contains no hazardous air pollutants (HAPs).

Everything we create looks better in print than it does on screen - large brilliant colors turn out fantastic.  Photos look great from 1-2 feet away and vector artwork is amazingly clear (1080 dpi) even with a microscope. All artwork is printed at 1440 dpi.

Vector artwork's definition can be found here.  Vector artwork is marked on the site with a small white V inside a green circle and also in the Vector Collection.  What this means for Modern Mural is that your artwork will look crisp at any size!

Your art will survive the best in a normal living environment, without severe temperatures or extreme humidity. Never clean with chemicals or water, as this may damage your print. Simply dust with a dry cloth.

We print at the highest resolution of the image.  We will not sell any artwork that prints poor due to low resolution.
