Modern Mural was conceived in 2008 by married couple Juliane & Adam. They lived in an old loft in downtown Chicago and wanted to fill those 15' walls but, alas, could not find affordable oversized cool wall art. Juliane, an artist, and Adam, a computer engineer, joined forces and started making custom murals for themselves and their friends. The murals were a hit, and Modern Mural was born.
